The arc of the trip across central Europe.

This illustrated route view tracks the major travel flow rather than exact roads or rail lines. It's meant to make the overall movement of the trip easy to read at a glance.

1. Arrive in Prague and begin the journey in Czechia.
2. Head west to Plzen, then continue into Germany through Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and Fussen.
3. Swing through Maienfeld, Liechtenstein, Feldkirch, and back into Germany at Hechingen.
4. Follow the Rhine to Sankt Goar and Rheinfels Castle, then move onward via Burg Eltz, Bonn, and Erfurt.
5. Spend April 23 to April 25 in Berlin, then return through Bohemian Switzerland National Park to Prague for the final week.
